Recruitment fair for work-study students on pre-programmed appointments and specialized in the industrial production and logistics professions in a hybrid format. We called on VIMEET for the creation of our web platform on which the participants of the show registered and got in touch (requests for appointments) before the show. Each validated maintenance request was the subject of the programming of a video appointment during the show. The platform integrated many features: catalog of participants, integrated video, networking,... For our show, more than 800 interviews were scheduled before the show and a hundred were carried out more spontaneously via the platform's networking tool (chat, video calls). A hundred recruiters conducted recruitment interviews with hundreds of candidates for the work-study program. The show, which usually takes place face-to-face, took place in 100% virtual while keeping the primary objective of facilitating the connection between candidates for work-study and industrial companies.
