novastrada recommends Unlatch

NOVASTRADA PROMOTION has been selling 100% of its developments via Unlatch since 2019. The "purchaser portal" part allows us to simply communicate information with our customers. The purchaser can find all their documents related to their sale. This tool also simplifies our interactions with the various development stakeholders (salesperson, solicitor and development owner). All the information is centralised in the same place which is a major asset for our productivity during the marketing stage and solicitor follow-up.
