We were looking for a business CRM and a solution to track sales contracts, as well as a solution to automate our calls for funds. We wanted a solution that was simple to deploy and use at all levels (small structure). We have integrated UNLATCH into our processes as a central tool for our sales management. Depending on our operations we deploy all the modules or only some specific modules, which allows us to adjust the cost of the solution as well as possible. This has allowed us to make the follow-up of our prospects more reliable, to open up marketing to many external partners, to make our booking reports and their follow-up more reliable. We have gained in processing time (signature time, SRU) and efficiency on time-consuming tasks.
