We worked on hosting a keynote about robotics research at Station F. The event was hosted in the Master Stage, while Velo du Soir helped set up the reception & cocktails at the Open Stage. They were proactive to tailor the catering to our unique needs, and based on their experience hosting events in Station F, gave us very helpful suggestions for planning the evening. From initial contact to every part of the event, the sales & ops teams were responsive, helpful, and human!
