I've had the pleasure of working with ITER Advisors as our external fractional CFO for over two years, and their impact has been transformative for SolarMente. Before partnering with them, we struggled with basic financials, keeping our accounting up to date, and building a structured P&L. ITER Advisors stepped in and helped us set up robust accounting processes, fixed our invoicing and billing issues, and built connected financial statements that have been invaluable. We scaled the business from an annual revenue of €500k to €3.5 million within a few years. Iter came in when finance was chaotic. It was a fast and efficient onboarding process, and they helped us manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, bank contacts, and financial strategy. They created a new P&L, Cash Flow report, and Balance Sheet. This business plan was presented to the LFPI investment fund, which decided to invest through the Ergalis Group. A resounding success!
