Vimeet saved our lives! When the containment was announced I had to make the heavy decision to cancel a major physical event where I was going to gather 600 participants. By quickly searching the internet for digital alternatives I identified the Vimeet solution and thus was able to pivot my event in 100% distancing mode while keeping the business heart of our format namely meetings one to one. Beyond the robust and user friendly technology it is a professional team that operated the event with my teams for a very effective result. As soon as the 2nd containment was pronounced we did not hesitate for a second to entrust Vimeet with the digitalization of our last 3 events of the year.

We have been working with the Vimeet platform for our TBB event for three years. Their solution for the organization of business appointments is very efficient and allowed us to have more than 2000 appointments organized during the last edition. I was happy to participate in this virtual event, which was a first for me. I enjoyed planning upstream appointments, associated efficiency and saving in cost, time and energy (walking for hours in the hubbub of a living room is not easy). Webinars are also better on form and limited time.

Since the confinement in France, I have sought to develop my external network with potential partners and suppliers other than through physical commercial events. My best experience is with Proximum. I attended several virtual events with them (Paris Space week, Space online, Go week, a few others). The organization has always been extremely efficient and time-optimized. If there is a "return to normal" after COVID, I think I'd rather continue primarily with events in this format than go back to physical events, at least for introductory meetings. This saves significant time and money for more qualified and productive meetings.

Another nice edition for our ASD Days event! The Vimeet platform is now an integral part of the success of our BtoB events (ASD Days, ASTech/Airbus Forum). It allows our participants to establish the right contacts and organize hundreds of productive appointments. The varied options offered by the tool are very popular and considerably facilitate the management of the event - before and during (online payment, sending mailings, possibility of inserting conferences into participants' schedules, badge editing, access control, SMS notifications...). The professionalism at Vimeet allows us to gain autonomy quickly on the platform and to apprehend very serenely the arrival of our events.
