Mailsoar accompanied us on the audit of our infrastructure for sending transactional emails, in order to validate the infrastructure and verify the good deliverability of the emails. Pierre and his team from Mailsoar have helped our company improve our email deliverability metrics to ensure that we get as many of our emails in our customers inbox as possible. Prior to his team working with us we saw a large number of emails going into spam, junk, or for the case of gmail, promotions/social. . As an online marketplace, emails are a crucial component to our supply and demand components interacting efficiently. This has helped improve that efficiency.

We've recruited MailSoar after struggling with bad open rates for a very long time, and the account management of Zaius (the platform we use for sending emails) could not solve it. MailSoar managed to help us go from 10% to almost 30% open rate! and now we are able to send over 1M emails per week (about 5 times more than what we used to). Our total sales grew about 30% and the main reason is the email marketing! We used to have only 10% return customers and now we have 30%. This was definitely a game changer for us.

We asked MailSoar for a concern for deliverability from the main ISPs (Internet Service Providers), which led to very low opening rates. MailSoar helped us to set up a strategy in different stages to improve our reputation, to be delisted from ISPs little by little and thus have a sharp increase in open and click rate. All of these improvements had an immediate impact on our revenue.
