We've been working with Orixa Media since 2021 to manage the entire SEO strategy for Mini Mondes. The agency helps us with keyword analysis, positioning and optimisation. We're also working with them on all the content for the blog and website. Orixa provides us with editorial briefs and optimisation of existing content. At Orixa, I work more specifically with Florian, Gabriel and Olivier. What I particularly appreciate is their responsiveness and pro-activity. As we're a start-up, there are a lot of changes to the site. And when we have a problem, when we need to get in touch with them to sort it out, it's immediate. We also have regular updates with in-depth analyses, so we know where we stand and what recommendations or optimisations need to be put in place. They're always working on the value proposition and the strategy!

Faced with a problem of lead volume, we turned to Orixa, who worked with us for 2 months on a lead acquisition campaign. The leads were then sent directly to our partner call centres. The Orixa team was very responsive and efficient in supporting us. The campaign was launched in just a few days, even though it was the first time we had worked together. Everything was very well anticipated and organised. Exchanges were fluid. The quality of the collaboration was top-notch. In terms of figures: we achieved our lead volume targets without any difficulty. The leads are of good quality and we've had good results in terms of conversion.
