We've been working with Vimeet for a number of years now on a certain category of events and we've always been satisfied. Their solution is simple to implement, their support teams are very responsive and the user experience is good.

Working with VIMEET at Industrie Grand Ouest 2024 was a very positive experience. Their platform for managing business meetings was intuitive and efficient, enabling targeted contacts between exhibitors and visitors. The VIMEET team was professional, responsive and supportive throughout the event. The appointment-setting process ran smoothly, optimising exchanges and the time of each participant. We worked together on our Précieuses Confluences speed-networking event, a business meeting for the jewellery industry where brands, workshops, stone dealers, R&D companies, institutions and associations meet up for 2 days. All the participants were delighted with their days, and appreciated the Vimeet platform deployed specifically for the event.

We were considering the need to organise a very special event to bring together innovative FR companies and technology transfer organisations (SATT, SATe, etc.). In addition to a B2B event, we also wanted to develop a platform approach to facilitate access for companies to the latest developments in public research. The VIMEET team took the time to understand our requirements and came up with some very interesting proposals. In the end, the events organised were a real success, with over 1,000 meetings taking place on each day, bringing together over 500 companies and 200 people from the SATT side, spread across the whole of France.

The DAE wanted to organise innovation events within 2 months to enable buyers to discover innovative solutions in 3 areas: real estate, AI and cybersecurity. Both public purchasers and businesses were in attendance, with more than 800 people taking part in the events. This gave buyers and business units the opportunity to present their needs and challenges to companies, to gain an insight into the innovative offer, particularly in their geographical sector, and to consider a different response to their needs. For companies, these events have enabled them to exchange ideas easily with administrations, to envisage new uses for their solutions, and to identify prospects for developing their business.

Vimeet worked with us on one of our major events of the year. Together we organised an afternoon of BtoB meetings, which generated over 200 face-to-face BtoB appointments. The platform is fluid, and the catalogue makes it easy to book appointments quickly. Ophélie's support is responsive and accommodating. We've had a lot of positive feedback on the appointment-setting platform (clear interface, clear schedule, and much-appreciated SMS reminder).

I organised the 2nd edition of an event that included a networking area with manufacturers from the healthcare sector. For the 2024 event, we decided relatively late in the day to set up a meeting platform, which is why I contacted Proximum. The team was very responsive and put in place a solution perfectly suited to our needs. The project was managed by a very efficient and attentive project manager. Several months' work went into building a "Careers Tent" at Eurosatory, the world's leading defence and security exhibition, held in June of even-numbered years. We have been working with Vimeet for several years on our flagship annual event. The Rendez-Vous Nuclear Valley. This 3-day event in hybrid format brings together between 400 and 600 people. These meetings are pre-organised in order to better plan their arrival and save them precious time. We worked on the organisation of BtoB meetings for wood and bio-based construction in Île-de-France. The event took place over a whole day with short appointments of 20 to 30 minutes. We have made good progress compared to last year's event in terms of appointments made. Participants appreciate the short, timed and remote format.
