We consulted Unlatch to digitise 100% of the reservation process of our real estate operations, and took the opportunity to also choose their CRM which is easy to subscribe to (because it can subscribe to the operation, which has a very low cost for an ERP, and therefore very advantageous for a developer who is starting up) and use. Today we use all the products offered by Unlatch. Results obtained: 100% customer satisfaction, optimal monitoring and management of reservations, thus saving time, more fluid communication, throughout each operation, with our customers thanks to the white labelled mobile application, and capturing and consolidating our customer base thanks to the CRM.

We asked Unlatch to adapt the solution for our operations second hand real estate. We were therefore the first agents to digitise sales promises by creating digital SSP promises.
