I worked with the UNLATCH teams on the implementation and deployment of CRM, ADV and Prescription modules for all our new programs to gradually replace our old CRM. We are also in the process of starting the interconnection with SPO (in the testing phase). The tool has been well handled by our sales teams, the ADV team and some prescribers. The digitalization of the entire customer journey is very satisfying. Many manual processes have been eliminated and replaced by UNLATCH (from lead processing to ADV follow-up to editing and signing booking contracts). The saving of time in processing files and data reliability is important!

When I arrived at Opal, the solution was in place but not yet operational for electronic signatures, the primary function of the tool. So I worked with the teams to get the tool up and running and I started the 1st electronic signatures with the Poivriers and Apolonia program,... Once in place, the tool allowed us to save time on contract signatures. The team is always listening to help us improve the interface.

We were looking for a business CRM and a solution to track sales contracts, as well as a solution to automate our calls for funds. We wanted a solution that was simple to deploy and use at all levels (small structure). We have integrated UNLATCH into our processes as a central tool for our sales management. Depending on our operations we deploy all the modules or only some specific modules, which allows us to adjust the cost of the solution as well as possible. This has allowed us to make the follow-up of our prospects more reliable, to open up marketing to many external partners, to make our booking reports and their follow-up more reliable. We have gained in processing time (signature time, SRU) and efficiency on time-consuming tasks.

We worked with Unlatch on a real estate program launch. Amélie and Anissa were a great help in setting up UNLATCH. We were able to centralize all the information and optimize our customer follow-up in addition to saving time in drafting the reservation contract and sending it
