We have worked together on several new developments, as part of selling the scheme. All the developments were quickly put online on the Unlatch platform, with a sales launch that could take place as soon as possible.

Not yet an expert on the use of the Unlatch platform, I had to contact the support service several times to obtain information on the use of certain features, especially on the purchaser portal, and I was always perfectly advised. Many purchasers are delighted with this platform on our developments. We are very satisfied with that.

We were looking for a solution to sign and automate the management of our reservation documents. We started by testing the platform with a first development and given the success of this test, we chose to integrate all our other developments. Our objectives were to shorten operational deadlines (plot holds, reservation, contract preperation) and to streamline the flow of information internally and for our partners. these objectives being 100% achieved, we no longer plan to sell without using the platform.

We needed to maintain a link with our customers during the construction phase, which takes many months. We were looking for a paperless solution, on the one hand, and which saves a lot of time in the processing of administrative tasks on the other hand (electronic signature, registered letters) by definition time-consuming. The time saved for administrative tasks is enormous. Customers are pleased to be kept informed of the progress of the development, and are very enthusiastic about using this platform. This really creates a climate of trust, and promotes peaceful exchanges.

Given the increase in our activity and the pandemic context, we have chosen to digitise the signing of reservation contracts and sales documents. We consulted UNLATCH to solve these two problems. After training on how to use the tool, we quickly (about 1 month) noticed the time saving and ease in the use of this tool. Signing times were quickly cut in half. Customers appreciate personalised access.

We started working together at the very beginning of the lockdown because we were in full marketing for a development in BONNEUIL SUR MARNE. Our figures exploded during the pandemic and this is thanks to UNLATCH which made it possible to sell remotely by respecting all the new homes sales rules and process, while keeping a link with our customers, very often first-time buyers.

NOVASTRADA PROMOTION has been selling 100% of its developments via Unlatch since 2019. The "purchaser portal" part allows us to simply communicate information with our customers. The purchaser can find all their documents related to their sale. This tool also simplifies our interactions with the various development stakeholders (salesperson, solicitor and development owner). All the information is centralised in the same place which is a major asset for our productivity during the marketing stage and solicitor follow-up. The Unlatch team is reactive and attentive when it comes to responding to a problem. Support throughout the project is provided. Thanks to Nino and Fanny for accompanying us on a daily basis.
